Reference? What do we mean, what useful things are "reference" materials? Lots of things! Think of atlases, dictionaries, encyclopedias, handbooks and more. Print, or online resources that offer you the researcher, objective, factual information with which to ground your work.

While we have an increasing number of online reference materials, there is much in our print collection too. Search in our catalog for encyclopedia religion for example. You can even click on the advanced search tab in the catalog and use the collections drop down box to limit to just reference. Or ask one of us for help!
